Recommended in The Newman Guide

On October 21, 2024, The Cardinal Newman Society announced that Regina Pacis Academy is now recommended in The Newman Guide. The Newman Guide is the trusted hallmark of faithful Catholic education and an important guide for Catholic families.  Regina Pacis Academy is the first Catholic school in the state of Connecticut and one of the first twenty schools nationwide to achieve this honor.

The Cardinal Newman Society recognizes K-12 schools committed to upholding standards of faithful Catholic education. The Society’s policy and curriculum standards are derived from guidance via Church councils, popes, Vatican congregations, bishops conferences, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and other Church documents.

Holding our school out as an exemplar of faithful Catholic education, our recognition status publicly affirms our commitment to the five Principles of Catholic Identity in Education, the Catholic Curriculum Standards, and the Cardinal Newman Policy Standards.
